AEIN

Aide à l'Enfance de l'Inde et du Népal

Aide à l’Enfance de l’Inde et du Népal (AEIN) is a non-profit association run by a small team of permanent staff and approximately 20 volunteers involved in several working groups (projects, awareness raising, communication/fundraising) or sitting on the Board of Directors. AEIN works very closely with its Indian and Nepalese partners to develop a detailed plan for every project we finance.

In addition, AEIN collaborates with local facilitating agencies and development experts that recommend partners and monitor our projects, with the aim to achieve maximum impact.

Tdh Germany

Terre des Hommes Germany

Tdh deals with dramatic increase in child migration, human trafficking and exploitation. It also helps to improve community health facilities, water and sanitation systems, schools and the child protection system which are largely dysfunctional.

The local teams of Tdh rehabilitate health facilities and work to improve children’s health. Tdh also fight against child labour.

Social Capital Initiatives

Social Capital Initiatives (SCI) is a global non-profit committed to empowering underserved communities through sustainable, community-driven development. With a strong focus on economic empowerment for women and sustainable livelihoods, SCI addresses key challenges such as poverty, education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability.

Social Capital Initiatives (SCI) introduced its flagship Social Capital Credits (SoCCs) program in Kavre, Nepal. Through SoCCs,  85% indigenous women earn redeemable credits for engaging in beneficial activities, promoting self-reliance, economic stability, and social equity for lasting positive change.

SJA

Sylhet Jubo Academy

Sylhet Jubo Academy (SJA), a Bangladeshi-origin non-profit private voluntary development organization dedicated to improving the lives of deprived communities, especially women and children. 

ARD and SJA have come together to advance shared goals of empowerment, sustainability and community development through online experience exchange and sharing meetings focused on Early Childhood Development (ECD), climate action, women’s empowerment and other pressing issues that demand timely attention in both Nepal and Bangladesh.

This collaboration is promoting SJA’s mission of creating sustainable pathways for marginalized groups and children along with empowering the most disadvantaged people in the community by equipping them with the skills, resources and confidence to improve their own quality of life with strengthening community-driven solutions that address pressing challenges of overall human development. The combination of these expertise and outreach, the partnership is promoting awareness, building capacity and encouraging long-term resilience, particularly for women and children who remain at the heart of sustainable development efforts.
